Warranty, Exchange, and Return Policy
1. Warranty Policy
Proof of Purchase
The purchase invoice serves as the primary warranty document for all purchases.
Warranty Requirements
To claim warranty service, customers must provide the purchase invoice and the product’s original box, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Warranty Provider
Warranty service is provided through the product’s authorized distributor, or directly by the store if no authorized distributor is available within Saudi Arabia or if the product is covered by a store warranty.
Warranty Period
The warranty period varies by product and may be two years, one year, or operational warranty only. The applicable warranty period is specified on the product page.
Used Products
The store may offer certain products in used condition. The product condition and applicable warranty period will be clearly stated on the product page. Warranty coverage for used products is subject to the period specified on the product page or the purchase invoice.
Warranty Start Date
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
The Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
- Exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, liquids, dust, or natural disasters.
- Use of incompatible or low-quality accessories.
- Damage resulting from drops, impacts, or opening or disassembling the product by the customer.
- Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers, or damage to cables caused by cutting, wear, or mishandling.
- Malfunctions or issues resulting from modifications or customizations requested by the customer.
2. Exchange and Return Policy
Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
The store accepts returns of both defective and non-defective products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are returned in their original condition and include all accessories and original packaging, if available.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- The original purchase invoice must be provided.
- For new products, the item must be unopened and unused.
- For used products, the item must remain in the same condition as when sold, and must not have been damaged, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with its condition as described on the product page.
- Products that have been modified or fitted with customized accessories (such as antenna tuning modifications) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products explicitly stated on the product page as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Fees
- If the return or exchange request is not due to a manufacturing defect or a store error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any reshipping fees, if applicable.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by the store, the store will bear all shipping costs.
3. Shipping and Order Cancellation Policy
- For customers outside Riyadh, products requiring warranty service, exchange, or maintenance must be sent to the store at the customer's expense. Once the warranty claim, exchange request, or maintenance service is approved, the store will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.
- Customers may cancel an order before it is handed over to the shipping company.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days from the date the cancellation or return request is approved.
- If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the shipment from the shipping company, they will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges.
- The store is not responsible for shipments that remain unclaimed with the shipping company for more than 10 days.
4. Fees and Payment Methods
For electronically paid orders, the following payment gateway fees will be deducted when processing refunds:
- Mada: 1.75% + 1
- STC Pay: 1.7%
- Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay: 2.2% + 1
- Tabby / Tamara: 10% + 1
Note: If the return is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect, the store will bear all fees and the customer will receive a full refund.
5. General Notes
- The condition of the product (new or used) and its applicable warranty period are clearly stated on the product page.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Cash refunds are not available.
