First: Warranty Policy
- Purchase Invoice: The invoice serves as proof of warranty for all purchases.
- Warranty Conditions: The original invoice and product box are required to claim warranty.
- Warranty Provider: Warranty is provided through the official agent.
- Warranty Period: Some products come with a 2-year warranty, others 1 year, and some are “operational warranty only.”
- Products Without an Agent: Products that do not have an official agent in the Kingdom are covered by the store warranty.
- Warranty Validity: The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Malfunctions caused by negligence, misuse, or improper storage not aligned with manufacturer recommendations.
- Exposure to sunlight, heat, natural disasters, dust, dirt, liquids, or excessive humidity.
- Use of incompatible or low-quality accessories.
- Damage due to dropping, violent impact, or unauthorized opening of the product.
- Repairs performed in non-authorized service centers or cut/damaged wiring.
Second: Exchange and Return Policy
- Allowed Period: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the purchase date.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Original purchase invoice must be provided.
- The product must be in its original condition and sealed in its original packaging (including products that come without packaging).
- The product must not have been opened or used at all.
- Shipping Fees: In case of return or exchange without a manufacturing defect, the customer bears round-trip shipping costs.
- Modifications: Any modification or alteration to the device (such as antenna modifications) makes it non-returnable.
Third: Shipping and Cancellation Policy
- Outside Riyadh Customers: Products are shipped to the Riyadh store at the customer’s expense. In case of repair or replacement, shipping back to the customer is covered by the store.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before being handed over to the shipping company, and refunds are processed within 1–15 business days.
- Refused Delivery: If the customer fails to receive the shipment and it is returned by the courier, the customer bears both shipping costs (round trip).
- Store Responsibility: The store is not responsible if the shipment arrives and remains uncollected from the shipping company for more than 10 days.
Fourth: Fees and Payment Methods
For refunds (full or partial) made via electronic payment methods, the following fees are deducted:
- Mada: 1.75% + 1
- STC Pay: 1.7%
- Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay: 2.2% + 1
- Tabby / Tamara: 10% + 1
Note: If the error is from the store, all fees are covered by the store.
Fifth: General Notes
- Promotional offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Purchases made via vouchers or credit cards cannot be refunded in cash.
